Most quotes are ready within 24–48 business hours. More complex itineraries or peak travel seasons may take a little longer, but we’ll keep you updated every step of the way.
We accept most major credit cards, ACH bank transfers, company checks, money orders, and cash. For approved schools, government agencies, and large corporate accounts, invoicing options are also available. Note: credit card processing fees may apply.

Not at this time. While we don’t operate daily tours, we regularly provide private charters for travel agencies, tour operators, and groups exploring Texas and beyond. We’ll help you plan a customized experience that fits your schedule.
Every charter includes your motorcoach, a professional driver, fuel, and mileage for your planned itinerary. Additional costs may apply for items such as driver lodging (on overnight trips), parking, tolls, or gratuities. We’ll outline all costs upfront so there are no surprises.

Policy
We know plans can change. Cancellation terms vary based on your trip type and the amount of notice provided. For the most accurate information, review your contract or give us a call. The sooner you reach out, the more options we’ll have to work with you.
Yes. Just let us know all planned stops when booking, and we’ll create a custom route for your group. If you need to add stops later, we’ll do our best to accommodate—just note that changes may affect your schedule or rate.
Our motorcoaches include overhead bins and undercarriage compartments for generous storage. If you’re bringing large or specialty items like instruments, sports gear, or equipment, let us know in advance so we can plan accordingly. Smaller vehicles vary in capacity, so be sure to confirm details with your sales representative. For safety reasons, compressed gases such as propane are not allowed onboard.
Delays happen. If your group is running late, please contact your driver or our dispatch team as soon as possible. We’ll do everything we can to adjust, but extended delays may affect your return time or result in additional charges.
We proudly serve groups of all ages—from school field trips to senior travel clubs. Children must be accompanied by an adult. If your group includes young children or riders with accessibility needs, let us know in advance. Many of our vehicles can accommodate child safety seats and accessibility requirements.
For the safety and comfort of all passengers, smoking, vaping, and e-cigarettes are not permitted on any First Class Transportation vehicle.
Only ADA-compliant service animals are permitted onboard. While we love animals, we’re unable to accommodate non-service pets at this time. Please let us know in advance if a service animal will be traveling with your group.
Alcohol may be permitted with prior written approval and in compliance with local and state regulations. A refundable damage deposit or cleaning fee may be required. Please contact our team to review your group’s needs before your trip.

We recommend arriving 15–30 minutes before departure. This allows time for smooth boarding, a quick safety review, and an on-time start to your trip.
Yes, you may request a preferred driver. While we can’t always guarantee requests due to scheduling, we’ll do our best to accommodate whenever possible. Just let us know when booking, and we’ll make every effort to match your group with your requested operator.
Yes. Providing a finalized itinerary at least 14 days before departure helps us prepare the right vehicle, driver, and logistics so your trip runs smoothly from start to finish.
We operate in a wide range of weather conditions, but safety always comes first. In the event of extreme or unsafe conditions, we may delay or adjust service. If changes are necessary, we’ll notify you promptly and work with you on the best path forward.
